DoubleTree Boston Cambridge (at discounted rate until March 14)

We have reserved a discounted room block at the DoubleTree Boston Cambridge, which is located along the Charles River. This hotel is 8/10 of a mile from Harvard's Science & Engineering Complex, where the majority of the conference will be held. 

Reservations at the conference rate of $329 per night (before taxes and fees) can be made Thursday through Sunday night (April 18–21) via the hotel's room block page.

To receive this conference rate, you must book with the hotel by March 23. 

Irving House

The Irving House Bed and Breakfast is located 1.5 miles from Harvard's Science & Engineering Complex. The Irving House offers the following room options:

• Shared bath with single bed, $165 for one person (eight available)

• Shared bath with two single beds, $225 for two people (two available)

All prices are before taxes and fees. In order to make these accommodations, please contact the Irving House directly via their website or by calling 617-547-4600.

Interested in sharing a room with another attendee? We have prepared this Google Sheet to assist conference-goers in coordinating housing. You may add your name to this form and contact other respondents to make arrangements. 

Please note that the organizers will not be facilitating contact between those who fill out this sheet. It's up to you to add your name, contact others, and remove your name once you've finalized lodging. Keep in mind as you add information that all responses will be viewable by anyone who has access to the link.
